Each additional bathroom adds 30 minutes, or about 16 CHF per visit.
These prices cover regular cleaning — the clean you repeat every week. A deep clean or an end-of-tenancy clean is not covered by this table.
What is included
- The whole visit, start to finish. The fee is flat: it does not change if the work runs slightly longer than planned.
- The same cleaning professional every time, on a subscription. You choose her, and she does not change.
- A cleaning professional we interviewed, whose identity is verified and whose references we contacted.
- No signup fee, no admin fee, no cancellation fee: nothing is added on top of the price of the visits.
Cleaning products and equipment remain your responsibility, unless otherwise agreed with your cleaning professional.
How payment works
- Everything is paid online, by card.
- For a trial, your card is only authorised when you book. It is charged only once the cleaning professional accepts. If she declines, or does not reply, nothing is taken.
- A trial starts no subscription. You then have 30 days to turn it into one, if you want to.
- On a subscription, the first charge happens on the day the cleaning professional accepts, then monthly on that same date.
- The amount follows the real number of visits: a month with five visits bills five, a month with four bills four.
- Reporting that you cannot make a session credits you a full visit on the next period.
Why prices vary
- Each cleaning professional sets her own hourly rate. Maidy neither imposes it nor adjusts it.
- The amounts above are therefore minimums: they start from the lowest rate among the cleaning professionals available today. A more experienced one often asks for more.
- A cleaning professional's exact price appears on her profile, before any booking and before any payment.
- Once your subscription starts, the price per visit is locked. If your cleaning professional raises her rate later, your subscription does not change.
